spacious hallwaycute staffample breakfast
The room had a spacious hallway that I found unique. All staff members were cute and kept my room clean on a daily basis. Breakfast included ample continental options, and the coffee tasted great.
The air conditioning seemed not to function properly, so I opened the window at night.

acceptable locationmissing toilet brushold toilet seat
the location was acceptable (it's close to the main attractions). it was easy enough to walk to the main square.
The room smelled strange. I couldn't quite place it. the toilet brush was missing, and the plastic of the toilet seat looked old and yellowed. the shower didn't have a door, so i had to be careful not to flood the floor.

a cherished experience

lovely arrangementattentive staffineffective air conditioning
before we arrived, i asked for a surprise for my son's birthday. the team arranged fruits and sweets in the room, it was lovely. the front desk was attentive, their care and professionalism were excellent throughout our stay. we will always remember this beautiful gesture.
The air conditioning did not function very effectively. the room never felt cool, despite my attempts to adjust it. a small refrigerator would also be very welcome in the room. It would have been useful.

adequate stay with some issues

missing toilet brushstained sink
my room smelled weird. there was no toilet brush. the shower lacked a door so i had to be extra careful not to flood the bathroom. the sink was also stained. it wasn't a disaster, but i expected a bit more cleanliness and better maintenance.
