I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were immaculately clean and quiet, with a comfortable bed and a nice view. The service was top-notch, especially with organizing transfers and day trips, although the staff seemed somewhat comatose when asked questions. The location was brilliant, directly opposite Planty Park and just a short walk from the market square and plenty of cafes, bars, and restaurants. The dining experience was very nice but could use more variety. Overall, a great value for money with some minor drawbacks.
